DESCRIPTION: Our twist on shepherd’s pie. Nutrient dense beef slow cooked with garlic and herbs, tossed with carrots, celery and red onions, topped with a tri-color mashes (orange yams, garlic sweet potatoes, thyme infused beet mash) and roasted to perfection. Served w. our zesty greens medley. (yep. the picture only shows 2 colors...we'll update that soon)
