INGREDIENTS: Rice, Arrowroot and Tapioca Flours, Gluten Free Oats, Baking Soda, Orange Vanilla Sugar, and kosher  salt.  JUST ADD: Fruit and Butter or Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
4-5 cups homemade fruit pie filling of choice 
2/3 cup Butter or Coconut Oil
 
Lightly grease or line a 9 inch pie pan with parchment.  Roast fruit filling for 15 min. In a large bowl, combine crisp mix with butter or coconut oil. Mix until crumbly. It should look like pebbles. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the fruit. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the crumb topping becomes golden brown.

Try with apples, peaches, berries, or a mix of your favorite fruits. For an extra twist, add a layer of your favorite jam before topping with the crisp mix.
