IMPORTANT: If your jar arrives warm, that’s normal and safe. We don’t use cold shipping because we make your gel fresh to order, not from frozen stock.  Our sea moss gel is made fresh and carefully crafted to maintain its high quality and potency. Your gel will arrive at room temperature—cooler in colder months and warmer in hotter months. It is shelf-stable and does not require ice packs or refrigeration during shipping. Once opened, please refrigerate the gel to preserve its freshness. It will remain fresh for up to 30 days if stored properly in the refrigerator and handled hygienically—avoid double dipping to prevent contamination.

The texture and flavor of our sea moss gel may vary depending on the ingredients used. Because we keep our products all-natural, our gels are often thicker than others on the market.

Fruit-infused gels may vary in flavor due to the seasonality of fresh fruit. Herbal blends tend to be even thicker, as they include organic herbal powders.

Our sea moss gel is dense and pure—free from additives, syrups, or fillers that would otherwise dilute the minerals or mask the natural texture and flavor of sea moss.

Do not double-dip—use clean utensils to preserve freshness.

Freeze in plastic or freezer-safe containers only (not glass).  Glass will shatter when a full jar is frozen.

We do not offer refunds. 

If your jar arrives broken, please reach out.  We can assist you as long as you provide pictures of the broken items, the inside of the box showing the contents and packing materials, and also a picture of the top of the box showing the shipping label.  

No refunds provided for customers providing an incorrect addresses, non-receipt after delivery confirmation, or dissatisfaction with taste or texture.
